The batch manager of ISYS ® MES puts you in position to meet this challenge and automatically collects all data as early as during the real process handling (goods entrance, production, relocation, and commissioning e.t.c.) which guarantees a complete tracing in line with IFS, the EU 178/2002 resolution and DIN/ ISO 9.001. ISYS ® also automatically protocols the effects on the batches on the enterprise during the handling of the processes. The level of detail of the batch tracing can be configured within the the defining of processes, so that every customer's scenario is covered.
The load manager allows an analysis of all predecessor and successor batches, batch entries and exits as well as specified protocols of batch movement and conditions concerning the respective process places as well as the fast batch information production by freely definable filters (e.g., process places, engine life factors and best-by dates, process characteristics, external batch numbers e.t.c.).
