The Manufacturing Execution system ISYS ® offers you an extensive report system and a multiplicity in evaluations for the analysis of your production system, stocks and ongoing processes, so that the transparency of your work is guaranteed at all times. The central component overview enables you to issue specific statements about the availability and conditions of batches and to determine the exact positions and amounts of batches.
This can be determined to a freely configureable detailed degree (e.g., maschine, technical and pallet level).
The facility overview can support you with the management and inventory of containers (e.g., rented transportation boxes, cable drums and pallets), so that you know at all times, when return terms must be kept or to which customer containers were given away.
These evaluations are supplemented with a multiplicity of reports which can be coupled with every other ISYS ® component to guarantee the general work flow and transparency of information. These reports are filled with automatically collected data from the MES, so that no additional data processing is necessary. In this way it is possible to fulfill essential obligations relating to documentation e.g., test protocols, batch tracing as early as during the handling of processes.
